Fitness Evaluation
A general health assessment and fitness evaluation
is offered to all of our members. A fitness evaluation
determines the level of the five health-related
fitness components which are body composition,
flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, and
aerobic capacity. Fitness improvement and maintenance
is a key to longevity and quality of life. It is
critical to understand your level of fitness before
starting an exercise program.
Personal Training
Personal Training benefits both the person who
has never worked out before as well as the professional
athlete. Having a personal trainer can save you
a lot of time, frustration and pain in your journey
to achieve your health and fitness goals. Our Personal
Training team members are ALL certified through
National Academy of Sports Medicine. Working
one-on-one our professional, certified trainers
will provide you with a highly efficient and more
productive workout.
One on One Personal Training
A full hour training session, customized to fit
each individuals need. This dedicated session
will focus on all aspects of training which include
Self -Myofascail Release, Flexibility, Stability,
Balance, Strength, Power, Cardiorespiratory training
and Nutrition under the direction of our Nationally
Certified Trainers.
30 Minute Motivators
Our Motivators are great fast and fun driven workouts
designed to fit the needs of each individual
under the direction of our Nationally Certified
Trainiers.
Semi-Private Training
Have more fun with a partner! Semi- Privates are
a great way to get results and motivate each
other by training with one or two other individuals
under the direction of our Nationally Certified
Trainers.
Group Fitness
Keep fit in our beautiful, spacious group exercise
studios. Choose from more than fifty dynamic
and motivational weekly group fitness classes
which are included in basic membership! Improved
stamina and strength, and a sense of camaraderie
are just a few of the valuable benefits of participation.
Under the watchful eye of seasoned and talented
instructors members experience a safe, fun and
effective workout.
Pilates
Pilates Mat classes and Reformer Training
Pilates Mat classes are included in the group exercise
program, and is suitable for all levels. Based
on the exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates,
this mat class focuses on the “powerhouse” (core
muscles) of the body: abdomen, lower back and buttocks.
Stretching and alignment exercises improve strength,
flexibility and posture, and help to prevent injury.
Pilates Reformer Training: Registration
and fee required. A system of exercise techniques
focusing on improving balance, flexibility and
strength for the overall body, using specialized
equipment. Contact group fitness director for additional
information.
Youth Programs
It’s never too early to get fit and to develop
healthy habits. We can be a part of your child’s
education. Our children’s programs acquaint
kids with the tenets of good health and fitness.
They will learn games, sports, and fitness activities
here which can stay with them for a lifetime. And
best of all … it’s a lot of fun!
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is an accepted part of many physical
rehabilitation programs and is also one of the
best antidotes for stress. It can relieve pain,
increase circulation and assist your body in
maintaining a healthy balance. Professionally
trained massage therapists are on staff and we
offer a variety of massage therapy services.
Nutrition Counseling
Exercise is not always enough! If you need help
with weight loss, high blood pressure or cholesterol
or managing your diabetes, see one of our registered
dieticians. Our staff is available to counsel
you on ways to meet your nutritional needs and
health goals. We offer education and counseling
about healthy eating, preventive nutrition and

Performance Training
Achieve the highest in sports performance enhancement
with our club's approach to athlete preparation.
Our highly qualified staff ensures success through
state-of-the-art training equipment and programs.
Our training programs also offer education in
performance training. If you need to increase
your endurance, speed, agility, power or body
control when it comes to sports performance,
our performance training is for you.
Cycling
High-energy indoor cycling class for all levels
and abilities. Simulate actual riding experience
as you control the resistance and the intensity
of a workout to motivating music.
Aerobics
Aerobics is defined as extended activities that
make you breathe hard while using the large muscle
groups at a regular, even pace. Aerobic activity
trains the heart, lungs and cardiovascular system
to process and deliver oxygen more quickly and
efficiently to every part of the body. Aerobics
is also helpful for weight control. An aerobically
fit individual can work longer, more vigorously
and achieve a quicker recovery at the end of
the aerobic session. |
